Save a search once. Every morning at 06:20 UTC we read it again and report what changed since the day before: new listings, listings taken down, and price changes.
What you get each morning
The first check records what is listed. Every later check compares by the portal's own listing id, so a relisted home with a new photo is not news and a $100 cut is. Read the changes here, export them as CSV, or have them posted to your webhook.
For property managers pricing against new units, investors waiting for cuts, and teams feeding fresh listings into their own tools.

Daily checks are drawn from the plan's listings. Leftover listings work with the search API too.

API plans hold monitors too: Pro 3, Scale 10. A check uses one listing per result it reads; a search limited to 100 results checked daily uses about 3,000 a month.
