Rightmove API
Rightmove has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Rightmove sale and rent listings (United Kingdom) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Rightmove API?
Rightmove has no API that lets a third party search or read its listings. Its official interfaces (Real Time Data Feed / ADF for UK sales, lettings, overseas and new homes, plus a Commercial Listings API) are for estate agents and their software providers to push their own listings into Rightmove. Market data is sold separately by Rightmove's property data team on bespoke terms.
Access. Feed access is arranged with the ADF team (adfsupport@rightmove.co.uk): schemas and a test environment first, then live keystore and passwords by email and SMS after testing. Only providers acting for Rightmove member agents; listings go live only for a visible agent branch. Use requires accepting Rightmove's feed end-user licence. Data products are requested through the contact form at rightmove.co.uk/property-data/.
Price. Rightmove publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Sending, updating and removing an agent's own listings (SendPropertyDetails, RemoveProperty and similar); GetBranchPropertyList returns only the provider's own branch listings. Commercial Listings API covers commercial listings only. Separately, Rightmove sells aggregated market data (asking prices, reductions, stock, time on market, demand) and bespoke analysis.
What it does not. Searching or reading other agents' listings, sold prices or valuations through an API. Rightmove's site states it prohibits scraping of its content.

We found no published price for an official Rightmove API. On Listingrail one listing returned costs one credit: 100 free once, then $29 a month for 10,000 listings ($0.0029 each) down to $0.0012 on the largest plan. Searches that find nothing are free.
Can I get Rightmove listings in Python or JavaScript?
Yes. Send one POST request to /v1/listings/search with "source": "rightmove" and a location; the examples on this page run as they are once you add your key.
Which Rightmove fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, country, lat, lng, price, currency, beds, baths, area, property_type, listed_at, photos, agent.name, agent.phone, agent.company. Fields Rightmove does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use Rightmove data?
Listingrail reads what Rightmove shows any visitor, at the moment you ask. How you use it is up to you: check Rightmove's terms and the data-protection law that applies to you, especially before storing agent names or phone numbers.
