17 portals, one listing format

Most property portals have no API for reading listings. Of the 17 below, only ImmoScout24 sells search access, and only to business accounts with an extra approval. Zillow, Idealista and Daft.ie grant access by application; the rest let agents upload their own listings and nothing more.

Why one API for all of them

Each portal names the same thing differently: Zillow's livingArea, Rightmove's display_size, Otodom's area_m2. Listingrail maps every portal to one listing shape, so the code that reads Austin rentals also reads Kraków or Dubai Marina. Missing fields come back as null, and each listing keeps the portal's own record in raw.

Pick a portal for what its official route offers, a real listing it returned, the request in Python and JavaScript, and the fields it fills.
