Idealista API
Idealista has no self-serve API for searching listings. Access is granted only on application. Listingrail reads live Idealista sale and rent listings (Spain, Italy and Portugal) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Idealista API?
Idealista runs an official Search API that returns properties published on idealista in Spain, Italy and Portugal. There is no self-service signup: a key is requested through a form and granted case by case. Idealista publishes no pricing, rate limits or public endpoint reference.
Access. Fill in the form at developers.idealista.com/access-request with name, email and a description of the project, and accept the privacy policy. Idealista decides whether to issue a key (OAuth client credentials, bearer token).
Price. Idealista publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Per community documentation (not official): POST https://api.idealista.com/3.5/{es|it|pt}/search with operation (sale/rent), propertyType (homes, offices, premises, garages, bedrooms), a centre point plus distance or a locationId, and paging with maxItems up to 50 per page.
What it does not. No public documentation, sandbox or published quota. No guarantee a request is approved; third parties report that keys go mainly to business partners. Separate from the feeds agencies use to publish their own listings.

POST this body to /v1/listings/search with your key. idealista takes Place name ('madrid', 'roma, it', 'lisboa, pt') or an Idealista search link (for price filters). One credit per listing returned; up to 500 per request.

How do I get an Idealista API key?
Officially: Fill in the form at developers.idealista.com/access-request with name, email and a description of the project, and accept the privacy policy. How much does the Idealista API cost?
We found no published price for an official Idealista API. On Listingrail one listing returned costs one credit: 100 free once, then $29 a month for 10,000 listings ($0.0029 each) down to $0.0012 on the largest plan. Searches that find nothing are free.
Can I get Idealista listings in Python or JavaScript?
Yes. Send one POST request to /v1/listings/search with "source": "idealista" and a location; the examples on this page run as they are once you add your key.
Which Idealista fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, city, region, country, lat, lng, price, currency, beds, baths, area, property_type, photos, agent.name, agent.phone, agent.company. Fields Idealista does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use Idealista data?
Listingrail reads what Idealista shows any visitor, at the moment you ask. How you use it is up to you: check Idealista's terms and the data-protection law that applies to you, especially before storing agent names or phone numbers.
